Unmarked Small Brass Single Action Old Cane Pole Casting Reel Circa -1870. There is a fine craftsmans touch on this elegant simple and single action solid small brass gem. This fine reel spins amazing, smooth, fast and straight with no wobble and is over 150 years old. All parts including spectacular brass handle with brass grip are original. Reel measures 1”- 1/4” across face edge to edge. No attempt has been made at cleaning or polishing this reel I simply wiped it off. Its fabulous!!!
