A.B. Hendryx No # 2906 PN Double Multipying Raised Pillar Nickel 60 Yard with Original Rare Box Circa-1882. This is a extremely fine example of a early Hendryx classic. This reel is in perfect condition and close to mint. Mechanically it spins amazing, fast and smooth with no wobble which is tough for these old timers. The Clicker and front plate mounted brake function perfectly. The clicker and brake buttons are knurled in the Hendryx early style and really show this beautiful nickel reels class. The Handle is also very nice with the matching knurled weight and the fine bone grip. This is a real beauty and shows the class of the early Nickel plated reels of Hendryx. The extremely rare orange and blue rim box is also incredible with a very nice early label.
