Clarkson Co. "CASTEY" Trolling or Casting Reel with Rare Original Box Circa-1954. This is the first Model Black variety rarely seen and the finest version I have ever seen, This black finish did’nt hold up well and this example looks new never fished except for a couple of small paint chips around the rims from storage. Comes equipped with a strong clicker, smooth operating lever free spool function, star drag, anti-backlash control, with everything functioning as new. The rare never seen box shows little storage wear with a clean crisp label.
