Horton Manufacturing Co. . "Bristol 77" Level Wind Jeweled Circa-1930. Fantastic new never fished version of the Horton Mfg. Tear drop Levelwind. Basically this is a Nickel Silver version of the Horton Mfg. Meek 33. The Reel is extremely fast with a level wind that flies easily side to side. The clicker is loud and works perfect. The ABL adjustable brake mounted on the face adjust perfect and function exactly as intended. The Jeweled removable bearing covers are knurled neatly and in perfect condition. The handle is straight , clean and the double grips spin freely. The foot is un-manicured and in fantastic new condition. Great example of a very fine reel.
