Ron Kusse "The Leonard Mills Reel" Fly Reel Made by Kineya Tackle Maker is in excellent condition. The reel is made of a German silver frame, Aluminum spool and marbleized material inserts. The reel turns freely and the click works great. The click is a little louder when the handle is turned in the counter-clockwise direction. There are no cracks in the inserts. The reel measures about 2-1/4 inches in diameter away from the pillars and has a spool width of about 3/4 inches. The reel was made by Kineya (Kyoto, Japan) for Ron Kusse when Kusse owned the Leonard Rod company. Work of art.
