MONTAGUE Marshall Field & Co. “ Field Special” Chicago Trade Reel German Silver Jeweled Circa-1912. Vintage High grade Montague Reel with fancy knurling . Very fast and extremely smooth reel. Kentucky style with both clicker and brake buttons on the face. Clicker and brake both function strong.. The handle is straight and clean with a fine knurled weight and a free spinning grip. Fancy knurled removable bearing covers with fine opal jewels. Foot is full length, clean, and the yardage of the reel of 60 shown underneath. Fantastic example of Montague's finest
