Vintage German Silver Montague Rare " BEAVER " Jeweled Fishing & Casting Reel . Extremely Rare and very tough great example of a german silver Kentucky Style Montague Reel. Its Clean, Fast, Smooth and the clicker is strong and loud. The Brake drag is also strong.....The reel has knurled front and rear rim trim, Jeweled Knurled bearing covers, and knurled bread basket. The counter balanced handle is straight, clean and the grip spins freely. The foot is typical Montague , Clean , Straight and not manicured. This is a 60 yard reel as marked under the foot. The Beaver example is never seen especially in this very fine condition. Tough One for sure!!
