Montague VL & A Jeweled 80 Yard Fishing & Casting Reel . This is a fine example of a nickel silver Kentucky Style Montague Reel. Its very Clean, Fast, Smooth and the clicker is strong and loud with a German Silver button. The Brake drag is also strong and also with a German Silver button.....The reel has knurled front and rear rim trim, with exact German Silver matching colored Knurled JEWELED bearing covers. The handle is straight, clean and the grip spins freely. The foot is typical Montague , Clean , Straight and not manicured. This is a 80 yard reel as marked under the foot. A great example of a really early 1900 great Montague Reel never seen. Special Reel!!
