Vintage Pflueger Buckeye 60 yard Casting reel Circa-1923. This is a mint, very clean, fast spinning Kentucky style reel with a strong clicker and Brake mounted on the face. The Jewels are removable and knurled perfectly. The patents show clearly on the back plate. The handle is single grip countered balanced nicely with free spinning grip and knurled weight. The foot is full length, clean and not manicured showing the spools yardage of 60. Very fine, very clean example of the early Buckeye by Pflueger.
