Shakespeare Co. The Milam "Rustic No. 3" Reel German Silver 80-100 Yard Circa - 1916. This is a very nice quality German Silver reel Made in 1916 as a tribute to The Milam Family. This is perhaps one of the finest German silver reels Shakespeare made after 1910. Many people and collectors think that this is a Milam made Reel but just one look at the reel and Shakespeare’s 1916 Catalog ( See final Photo ) it will dismiss that. This reel was made By the Shakespeare Company and as far as I can tell it was only made one year. Its a quadruple multiplier with a strong clicker and brake. This reel spins extremely smooth and fast. A truly fine reel and great tribute to Milam family by the Shakespeare Co.
