Shakespeare PROFESSIONAL No.# 1965 Engraved Level Wind Jeweled German Silver Circa-1924. This is a spectacular custom engraved reel That Shakespeare hired out custom engraving on. The engraving on this German Silver Reel is unique to every reel with some having more birds, different quanties of foliage in different areas and such. This reel is extremely clean with the German silver in fine condition. The hard rubber inserts are in perfect condition with no cracks or breaks. The level wind flies side to side easily on command. The rim mounted buttons or wheels that operate the clicker and brake both function and turn easily and work perfect. The knurled removable jeweled bearing covers are rare german silver and are both clear and smooth.
