Montague "Supplee Hardware Co." Philadelphia Trade Single Action Fly Reel No. 84 with Original Box Circa-1906. Supplee Hardware opened in 1856 and was closed in 1960. Note on the box face for the picture of the Fish with the arrow through it. This was a Trademark owned and operated by Supplee Hardware. This is a very fine example of a early Montague single action 80 yard fly reel. Its clean but does show some age in and around the internal foot from years of storage. The external parts are clean and the entire reel is incredible and functions perfectly. The box is in good condition showing some storage wear with a pretty clear label. The box puts this fine reel away nicely. Great early Montague combo!
