South Bend (Shakespeare Made) #1170 Skeleton Fly Rod Reel with Original Box Circa-1937. This brass fly reel looks very much like the Shakespeare Kazoo probally because Shakespeare made it. This example is extremely clean (wiped down but not cleaned) showing true age and patina. Spins fast, smooth, and straight with no wobble and the clicker functions perfectly. The second model box shows only limited wear and has a great clear label. Great Combo!
