This is a rare Crusader Trade reel from the Line of reels Winchester made to sell at unlicensed dealers through-out the U.S. after 1922. This line is extremely tough to find and was known as the “Jobber” Reel for the average American to afford. This is a solid brass uncleaned version of a 60 yard reel. Its spins smooth, straight and turns fast. The patina looks incredible. Very rarely do you find this reel marked with the Winchester Trademark name “CRUSADER” on the foot as this reel is.
