Wright & McGill Co. Fre-Line 10BC Spinning-Casting Reel with Original Box & Manual Circa-1955

$95.00
sold out

Wright & McGill Co. Fre-Line Spinning-Casting Reel with Original Box Circa-1955. This is a new never fished Mint example of a very fun reel. Everything functions perfectly as you might expect. The 10BC seems to have been their most popular model. It’s geared at close to 2:1. They manufactured a 10B as well, but it was not geared and therefore it is a straight 1:1. To cast the 10BC reel turn the crank handle back about 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn. That retracts the casting pin to put the reel in cast mode. To retrieve wind forward. The Box is also in very fine condition and has stored well with a fantastic clear label. The manual is clean with only box fold lines but otherwise mint condition as well. Note: Any white in pictures or on rims is Glare, Its Mint.
